We’ll work with you to create a customized newsletter or E-zine that informs and engages your audience, delivered at regular intervals in electronic format. You can choose to have it sponsored on issuu with embed codes for your website or hosted on the Write Quest website for you. Let us help you connect with your audience and achieve your writing goals.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a service through our website, you agree to the following terms: 1. Booking & Payment All services must be booked online. Full payment or a deposit (if specified) is required to confirm your booking. Payment is accepted via secure methods listed at checkout. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions require 7 days’ notice before renewal to cancel. 3. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled consultation or provide materials on time will be considered a no-show, and the session or service will not be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide clear instructions, respond promptly to messages, and upload any necessary files at least 24 hours before your project start time. 5. Revisions Each service includes 1 round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional changes may incur an extra charge. 6. Delivery & Deadlines Turnaround times depend on the service. Delays in client communication may affect the timeline. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee if pre-arranged. 7. Refunds No refunds are given once work has started. However, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancellations made in advance and before work begins.
